You could easily spend your entire vacation in Normandy. Below are many links that will give you all the reason you need, but let me just say that even after years of living in France, my first trip to Normandy blew me away. If you’re looking for another place besides Paris to spend some time without going all the way down south, seriously, check out Normandy. And check into these top pick hotels!
Here are those links I promised – and there are some more below for each city.

Bayeux: Hotel de Brunville
I’ve stayed here, and it was cute, we could walk to everything, they have free WiFi and private parking.
Pontorson (the town right before Mont Saint-Michel): Hotel de Bretagne
Amazing public areas, sweet rooms, and a great restaurant on-site.

Caen: Kyriad Caen Centre
Kyriad is always a solid choice, albeit not the most interesting or glamorous. At this one, they deliver breakfast to your room (awesome) and there’s free WiFi: a winning combination if I ever heard one.
Cherbourg: Hotel-Restaurant Logis La Régence
Their on-site restaurant, right on the wharf, has wonderful outdoor seating. The rooms are surprisingly nice. If you’re traveling in a room, get the spacious “Family Suite.”
Le Havre: Mercure Bassin du Commerce
Right in the thick of it all, with free WiFi. You can walk from the train station, and to the boats to the UK!
Rouen: Hotel de Bourgtheroulde
Splurge on this fantastic hotel-spa, and don’t forget to eat at their restaurant. The bathrooms enough are worth it. They also speak every language under the sun.
Dieppe: Hotel de la Plage
Don’t be fooled by this hotel’s two stars – their quirky rooms (each with their own name), free WiFi, and its location a stone’s throw away from the beach make this the top deal of Normandy.
Honfleur: Le Cheval Blanc
Room with a view, anyone? This place has got ’em. Absolutely my top choice for Honfleur.
